Nestward is a private coordination app for families and close friends — shared to-dos and calendar, money and allowances, places and travel, an encrypted document vault, group chat, optional location presence, and gentle elder-care wellness check-ins. It's built so the people you love stay in sync without anyone (including us) watching over your shoulder.

No. There's no Nestward account, password, or sign-up. Your identity is simply your Apple ID via iCloud, and your group is formed by inviting people directly. Nothing to remember, nothing for us to leak.

On your device and in your own Apple iCloud — shared (through Apple's CKShare) only with the people you invite. MARS Studio runs no server and cannot read, access, or recover your data. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Open your group's menu and choose Invite — this creates a secure Apple iCloud share link you can send however you like. When they accept, they join the group and their device syncs the shared data directly through iCloud. You can also add a child or dependent locally, under your control.

Members have light roles (e.g. Organiser, member, teen, child). Only an Organiser can rename or delete the group, change roles, transfer ownership, or remove members — everyday content stays open to the group. You can hand over ownership or leave a group from a member's detail screen.

Removing a member cleans up their location sessions, check-in schedules, arrival history, and any packing assignments, and un-assigns their tasks. Deleting a group you own also stops its iCloud share, so former members lose access. An Organiser can't remove themselves or the last member — a group can't be left orphaned.

It's opt-in and consensual — you choose when to share and with which group. Family sharing is ongoing presence; Friends sharing is time-boxed and expires by itself. A clear indicator shows while you're sharing, and your location goes only to your group members through your iCloud — never to us. It's presence, not tracking.

Yes. You can pause or stop at any time. A teen can pause with a short mood note rather than being silently tracked. Stale positions are dimmed and labelled "updated X min ago" so an old fix is never shown as if it were live.

Yes — vault documents are end-to-end encrypted on your device with a key kept only in your device's Keychain. Even the encrypted copy that syncs through iCloud can't be read by other members or by MARS Studio. (The trade-off: if you lose your device and its Keychain, vault contents can't be recovered by anyone.)

A child profile cannot broadcast location until a parent or guardian gives verifiable parental consent on the device. There's no behavioural profiling of anyone, and no data is collected by us. Family organisers control children's participation.

An optional daily "I'm OK" tap. If a check-in is missed past its grace window, the person's care circle gets a gentle local "check in on X" reminder — computed on each caregiver's device, with no GPS and no server. It records only the current status, never a history or score. It is not a medical or emergency service — in an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Bills, budgets, allowances (with a note of appreciation), and shared expenses with settle-up suggestions for friends. It's organisational only — not financial advice. Financial details can be placed behind a Face ID / Touch ID gate, and the app shields its contents in the app switcher.

Notifications (reminders, nudges, arrival alerts, check-in alerts) are local — posted by your device. Family arrival alerts use Apple's iCloud to wake a member's device, which then posts the alert locally; no notification content passes through any MARS Studio server. Manage them in iOS Settings.

You're in control: delete items, leave a group, or delete a group in-app (deleting a group you own also stops its iCloud share). To remove everything, delete the app and clear its iCloud data in iOS Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
